Abstract : THE INFLUENCE OF RECRUITMENT AGENCIES ON HIRING OUTCOMES
This study aims to evaluate the influence of recruitment agencies on hiring outcomes, focusing on their impact on candidate quality, time-to-hire, and overall recruitment success. A survey design is employed due to its effectiveness in collecting quantitative data from a broad range of respondents. A sample size of 300 respondents is derived using Taro Yamane's formula to ensure adequate representation. The case study is conducted in Ogun, targeting a manufacturing firm that frequently utilizes recruitment agencies. The reliability coefficient score of 0.88 indicates a reliable survey instrument. Findings reveal that recruitment agencies significantly improve hiring outcomes by providing high-quality candidates and reducing time-to-hire. Recommendations include establishing strong partnerships with reputable recruitment agencies and continuously evaluating their performance to ensure optimal results.
